Building my fathers lifetime course that shut down a couple years ago. Spent a ton of time splining it on Openstreetmaps...struggling uploading Lidar because I can not find a working EPSG.
Course is in these two files:
USGS Lidar Point Cloud TX_Pecos_Dallas_2018_D19 14SQB1956 USGS Lidar Point Cloud TX_Pecos_Dallas_2018_D19 14SQB2056
Any help would be appreciated.
Love this board!

I used all 3 numbers and it didn't work......and I swear I am doing everything correct....I can't get two images to come up or my openstreetmap layout to show up.....frustrating!

Mapquest API was turned off so you will no longer get the mapquest overhead sat image. So you just have to draw the circle on the OSM lidar image.

sooooo close....it said it read the open street files....but after I masked ( didn't show on mask either) and imported the course...only the LIDAR trees, creek and hills got created....no hole data.
What could I be doing wrong?
making clear course in TGC 2019 Super detailed open street and good OSM good 202o LIDAR correct EPSG masking

The correct EPSG is 6343, it's always the first number after the word "North" when you use LASTools to get the EPSG. You have quite a bit of work to do on OSM, the splining is pretty rough and the background images make it hard, it looks like the "TX: Dallas and Fort Worth Imagery 2015" one is the best ... Good luck.

you da man...that worked!
I thought I splined pretty good, but looks like about half of what I did didn't show....I must be marking holes, greens, water incorectly
I know the course by heart so some of those placements are by memory.
I will get to work
Thank you.
