Hi all,
question to PC players... how many minutes do you loose waiting for the game to start ?
yesterday afternoon (6.00 pm italian time) I wanted to play a couple of round in My Career...from the moment I launched the game it took me about 10 minutes of loading times to the first tee...
music playing, loading circle moving but the game takes ages to reach the "Play Round" screen. From there everything is normal (compared to 2K21) and the game runs fine
My PC is an i5 12400, 16GB ram 3600Mhz, GTX 970 and a 1TB WD Black NVMe SSD. ALl other games and graphic softwares are flying (coming from an old 3570K)
Fast connection working flawlessly with cable LAN to the router (not wifi)
Any idea ?

Roberto I'd guess that HB's server was probably the issue/ being slow. |

I'd agree that this was a problem on the HB server side, or your connection to the server, and had nothing to do with your rig.

I had probably 25-30 crashes on pc while trying to play the game over a 3 day period. Several times it restarted my pc and twice it reset my game. It was a pain going back in a re equipping everything from scratch. Thankfully I don't use fittings. Turns out it was a bad stick of memory that kept crashing my pc. Removed it and have had zero problems since.

I find that ‘23 takes significantly longer to load than ‘21. I’m on pc too.

Trying today since 14.00 local Italian time, now is 18.00
Unable to play a single round in my career mode (always error 1702).How will I be able to reach level 50 if I spend hours on the loading screen?
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling game, Tried wired cable straight in to the router moving the pc, tried wireless, tried my usual cabled plug near the pc... No way!!!
Stupid Top golf gaming online is working (played one match online) with atrocious loading time... I'm considering to give up until they fix it (if they will ever do it)

The loading times are completely trash for online societies, reguarly takes 30+ seconds between holes. It's on their side for sure.

I think the reason the 2K23 career mode is so jittery and full of stutters is because they are shoving too much into servers that weren't made for it, since fittings, golf balls, various rewards, etc. are all new in this version of the game. |

I agree with why it is like it is and overloaded. With virtual currency and a Pro Shop, the ship has unfortunately sailed now on having it be able to work offline. |

Also, this isn't just a PC thing. I am on PS4 right now and am trying to play rounds 3 and 4 of my tour rounds. Multiple disconnects, HB error codes, and a ton of time watching the spinning circle and Wi-Fi/online connection signal. Took me almost 1 hour to play one round.
