b101 Not sure if you are in contact with the Developers or not but there's a simple request I have if you wouldn't mind passing it on? It's nothing ridiculous but if they could do this, I'd be able to create heather better and ultimately would be able to complete more heathland courses. Is there any way they could give us the grass below in a dark brown? it would be very close to dormant heather and the fact this grass renders at long range makes it such a useful object;

I've tidied up the lidar, re-scuplted the bunkers and have done everything but actual planting as waiting for the new game to do this. If you DM me your email, I'm happy to send you the file to have a round on if you want to look at the course etc. I saw someone else published it but when loaded I realised they were just one of these guys who bang out Lidar courses in two hours and was mega disappointed not to be able to play it, so felt I ought to do it properly! I was lucky enough to play it IRL once and it's one of my favourites |

I've tidied up the lidar, re-scuplted the bunkers and have done everything but actual planting as waiting for the new game to do this. Glad you’be played it IRL, it’s a special place for sure, luckily being a pro at West Hill they extended me courtesy and I got a game there - I tried about 15 times when I was based at a local driving range and they said no every time! The big question I have to decide is whether I keep the rhododendrons behind the 12th, they’ve since cleared them out recently IRL but I quite liked them being there! What do you think? How recently did you play? I’m also toying with a longer tee on the 16th (par 5) as it’s basically a long par 4 (so is the 5th but nowhere to extend, maybe should be a par 4 in game), I’ve found through testing that the rest of the course stands up ok in the game because of the greens |

I’ll see what I can do for sure |

I went through a period after Brookline of just not finishing any courses but starting lots to see if I could get the juices going again. The ones which I will absolutely finish once porting is complete are; Swinley Forest Wentworth West St George’s Hill (Red Blue) Worplesdon Hankley Common Huntercombe Not sure which order that’ll be though! |

Played 36 at SF yesterday and it was magnificent in every way you’d expect (including the lunch). Such a fun golf course to play.
When I work out how to transfer them from my phone to here I’ll upload the photos I took in case the are useful for the project you are doing.
Look forward to seeing the finished product.

Really tough call I’ve not see it with the Rhododendrons but it looked great being able to see 7,12 and 8 greens all in a pretty tight spot. I imagine with them there you wouldn’t see much of the other two greens. |

Also been prepping Woodhall Spa so it’s a real toss up between which one I finish first, need both in the game! |
