I've had this message all day when I've been trying to add golf features to the plot in Chad's tool - has anyone else experienced this recently / have a workaround?

Hello, you will notice that this is quite common. You will have to wait until the "uptime" is restored, or change the sources of Chads Tool and point it to your own title server. If this site download.openstreetmap.fr/ doesn't open, you don't even need to start Chads Tool. |

Lately Paddy I get it all the time during the day in my area, I know about when it starts to work again and it's around 6pm CST here in the States or -5 GMT so you can figure time where you are. To save you some time trying because this issue bothers me too, I just tried to export the map file from OSM and running Chad's but unticking the Import OpenStreetMap box (which grayed out all of the options below it) and using the exported map file .... And nope, it only got the trees.
It used to not be this busy but about 6 months ago things changed.
