I am new to the design space but I've always wanted to produce recreations. I do not have a PC, so I don't have access to LIDAR. Is it possible to add a LIDAR plot to the game's server so that I'd then be able to work on it via PlayStation?

I'm not aware of any method that would allow you to use a LIDAR plot on PS or XB. Even if someone uploaded a plot, you wouldn't be able to open/edit it.
