I am going to be lazy and just have the one thread for all 3 rounds of the playoffs so welcome to the Kinetic playoffs, for some the end of their season will come soon, for others the chance of glory and the chance to become Kinetic tour champion for 2022. Over the next 3 weeks, we have a mixture of courses and settings, there will be tough days, there will be scoring chances, there will be times you curse my name and one of you will be happy with me the courses I picked and settings I used. Two of the courses will see designers make their kinetic tour debut and the other one, well he was cheap. So lets see what's in store for you all,
First off in Bandits Creek by FriendOfBillUU, who billuu is I do not know, but it must be nice to have a friend. Friends are something schedulers do not have so it is something I can not relate to. The course name refers to the Creek that meanders its way around the course, waiting to steal your golf ball from any wayward shot, tempting you to go for shots that could mean the end of the season for you, but should you pull it off, maybe gain a shot on the leader board, a couple of tough early rounds await you, for those that make the cut, the final 2 rounds brings a lot of scoring chances and the chance for a tour victory
Second is Vand Salley by skillman85 who is the first ever dyslectic designer ever on tgctours, either that are the dude just can not spell. Having mild dyslexia myself, I can understand the first, I am sure the three people that read my threads will have noticed some of my spelling and words confusion mistakes over the years. If it's the second, come on man whats with that name. Anyway, plenty of vand awaits on this course, avoid the bunkers and those vandy lies, and the chance to make the final round awaits.
The final event from which the Kinetic champion will emerge is Spirits Promise by aeastwood54 This designer has featured on this tour a number of times over the past 2 years and its great to watch as his designing skills have improved bringing him the opportunity to host the Kinetic Finals. Which of course means his ego will now get so huge, we will not be able to afford his inflated prices to use one of his courses on tour, I bet instead of 5 milking cows, he will now ask for 10, people from the Irish countryside can really get greedy if they think they can get away with it. The course name Spirits Promise, takes its name from the Banshee that wanders the course warning people of impending doom. She is one spirits whos promise you do not want to hear.
So good luck everyone, it has been another great year on the kinetic, we have had some amazing courses featured through out the year and I hope anyone that has played here at any stage found time to enjoy the courses that the designers in the community have provided for us. Work has already begun on the schedule for next season, just in time for some sort of new game announcement so everything has to be scrapped and started again. Have fun out there and will see you all soon for season 9.
