Round 1 of 65 after being -8 to start the back 9. What a choke job.. So frustrating.

I'm quite the amateur but managed back-to-back 65s despite missing 3-5 10-foot putts. I absolutely cannot read breaking putts. And I miss putts that are less than 5 feet if there's more than just a little break. But hopefully I'll sink them with more practice.

Another pretty easy course which again brings it down to a putting competition, should be another -40 something especially if played in low winds, most of the greens are pretty flat, for myself had a quiet 1st and 2nd round, but improved rounds 3 and 4. i am sure like myself everyone is hoping and preying this wind update comes out this week and across all platforms so that we can truely have level playing fields which will certainly send a buzz around these forum's

Well that just shows how crazy golf is! I've been confident this week, practice was going well. Somehow I managed to hit an even par 71 in my first round. I missed putts on almost every green and even managed 3 bogies. Wind wasn't bad either, around 12. I though I may as well get the 2nd and last round out of the way. I had easy birdie puts on all of the front 9 and made 6 of them. The back nine was quieter but also bogey free. I managed 3 birdies including one of the last hole! If only I could have matched that first round. I'm away for the rest of the week so I'll do my final 2 rounds but no real chance of making the cut now. I really like the course but you really have to watch your approach shots, putts are so much harder going across the slope rather than up or down and I've really paid for that here.

I don't know why I bothered! 69 on the 3rd round. 8 birdies and unbelievably 6 bogies. The wind dud get up to 15 but no excuses. This 4th round isn't going to be much fun!

I only shot even par 71 first round with 12 to 17 mph winds all the round, need a real low second round to qualify it's gonna be tough. I will still play my third and fourth rounds though. I will probably be in the same boat as you and not qualify this week.

That last post was going to be my last. A nothing 4th round was on the cards. On no, I had to go and score a 61. My best ever score on any course. It included a great hole in 1 on the 13. -21 for a tournament equals my best ever. Shame that final round will ever count officially. It will be wiped from the record books. Golf eh?

Dean I'm not feeling it this week, don't know why it's an easy course but I have lost a bit confidence in my putting especially right to left putts and that's all I seem to be leaving at the minute. I was shooting low 60s in practice rounds so it's possible if I get the putter going but I think I need to shoot in the fifties.

Same boat as previous posts. 68-64. Probably will miss the cut. It's a shame after the first round I knew I wasn't going to make the cut and just wanted to get the second round over with so I could just move on. Frustrating 1st round.

I opened up with a 61.Feels like a 57-59,cos of winds.
Over the moon with the score, only because I was getting the same score's in practice but without the strange winds.
Like most peeps...I cant wait until its all fair'n'square with same winds for all of us over all rounds.
Not only does it even the field, but you can actually see if your progessing as a player.Which I spose is what we all want.
Anyhoo,my 1st round over....I can see a -50 on one of the webs,or close to it.
Good luck all.

Well 71 - 65 isn't going to make the cut this week ( damn the wind) might get a few laps in on Project cars the rest of the week now.

I was hoping it looks and drives like Forza but has good A.I to make the races actually interesting, Forza never had that for me.

Yeah well done Dean you look to be getting the hang of it now Project cars looks mint but controls take a bit of getting used to, very twitchy on the Xbox until you go into settings and change them but you have to do that for every car
