At last,birded the easiest hole on the course 😂,then bogeyed the next hole.
Back nine started playing bogey,birdie game 😂,then started playing treading water game with pars on the remaining holes 😂.
Another tough round for me.
Scrambled another minus one round,but enjoying the course 😁.

Pretty sure I may win the Snead flight this week with a 61 in round 4. Was fun coming back to this and being able to compete for a week or two. Definitely getting promoted either way

Came back from a 5 week holiday to be surprised to still be in Palmer (thanks for understanding my absence TST admin). Looks like my play will take care of that. Was uber encouraged by my -8 opener, then a +1 turd in the 2nd dashed my hopes. Great course, delayed rust in my game.

Bogey on the second hole,but still managed to get under par on the front nine 😃.
Double bogey on the tenth hole due to a bad bounce into the deep rough 😠.
Second shot the ball went up and back over the top of my head into a bunker😯.Collected one more bogey off the bogeyman,then finished with two birdies in the last six holes 😀.
Got my hat trick with minus one in the last round 😂.
Great to have these flights to play in to compete against players who struggle with True Sim like me 😃.
Amazing scores from the top leaders 👏👏.

Came into this round frustrated by my inability in Elite.

-10 round 2. The thing that didn't work at all just before the round worked hella good here, and that was the putter. 20 putts used and missed a grand total of 4. Somehow this puts me into second place in Hogan and about 3 off the lead and looking not too shabby in the overall standings either, currently in top 30 when that kind of sighting has been absent in what feels like months now.

Still refuse to believe my form has changed for the better, but if I can finish this well... oh boy, did I choose a dramatic turnaround time.

I guess I'm having some trouble with the course to even though it's way better than I remember from seeing it on TV. I'm gonna watch this week and see if they pull out driver like they do everywhere else.

So far I have 66, 68, 67 (-9) through 3. I haven't been playing well and had to take off last week cause of work. I keep thinking these holes don't seem too tough and something always happened to prevent me from birdie especially from holes 7 through 14 - I think I only have 2 birdies in 3 rounds on those. Not looking good going into the playoffs. I think I'm ranked around 85 or 90 overall right now so I'll practice a bit and play the final round at the end of the week. Good luck! First time in TST for me this week!
Opening round 79 followed by a R2 75.

I'm not massively dis-heartened, I've figured if I take my best score for the hole on each round then I could shoot a 67, just need to focus more and cut out the stupid mistakes (3 putting from 6 feet).

Looking forward to seeing if I can shoot E in one of my final 2 rounds.

Seesaw battle with my game in the third, finished level. Round 4 was going nowhere fast after double Humphing the second, managed to pull it back to -2 at the turn. Stuck in neutral for 5 holes then 3 chirps in the last 4 holes gave me -5 for the round and a -12 to start my march outta Palmer.

But after a 5 week break from the game, I am enjoying it more than before. It just looks great! Trust me, if you enjoy the game but feel it is stale, take a break from it then come back. The beauty of it will hit you.

The eagle on the 5th nearly sent me to an early grave, a lil roll round the hole to tease me before disappearing beautifully!
Back to back doubles on 12 & 13! quickly bought me back down to Earth.

Well after 3 rounds that showed I'm slumping, I played some Divot Derby for the second time and had a lot of fun - I didn't expect it to be so good. Then came back today for the final round and played much better-birdied the last 4 holes to close out the regular season. Had bogeyed 3 par 5's this week - very sloppy but glad I did better at the end. 66-68-67-63 (-16) - Good luck everyone in the playoffs.

I did switch out my irons - I had gone with more distance Callaways but with approach problems I'm switching to the more accurate Callaway irons for the playoffs. Have to go get familiar with The Honors course - never played it.

Through 2 rounds, was 3 off the lead in the Hogan flight. After round 3, I think I was tied with the leader heading into the final round after shooting -7 and sitting at -24. Was it going to be the ultimate destiny of a redemption? Having gotten absolutely beaten up on a course a year before, only to redeem yourself a year later in the best possible way?

Sadly, not quite to be. Didn't have what I had before although my front started off well. Sunk a sick uphill putt on hole 3 that made me ask myself "could it really be the week for me?" and then... nothing much. Back nines killed me in both remaining rounds, and the final nail was getting a bogey on 14, and then getting nothing but a par on 15 when I needed way more. So that round finished at -4. Says a lot when that score was my final through front nine.

I went into today with a shot of winning Hogan, didn't get up there. Guess it should leave me disappointed because opportunities like these are rarer to me than the rarest substances known to man. However, top 3 is still great and nothing I was expecting headed into the week! And I can say that the few times I've gone for a redemption arc on some courses I've failed hard with, this one just feels the best since it's been the best I've played in ages here. Is it finally a possibility that I've turned it around, and not a moment too late? Tune in next week to find out...
