Hey
nogoal05 ! Just played both betas...here are my thoughts:
fdn1beta - gold tees, pin 4, default conditions
No lag during swings, but lots of hiccups during ball flight and when zooming in with scout cam. Nice track, like the setting. Could see this being a fairly easy course, with the wide fairways, several short par-4s and reachable par-5s, and greens that are relatively tame on 175 default speeds. Lag was a bit concerning, but didn't affect actual play. Also noticed several centerline trees that seem like they will be in your line even if you're in the fairway in spots...not a big fan of that, but didn't have any situation where I was stuck behind one.

Not surprising, but similar deal with lag during ball flight and scout cam here. Did have lag in my putting stroke on Hole 7, though...pushed the ball way passed the hole due to it. That said, I think this layout is my favorite of the two. Some more visual interest, and more interesting shots, too.
Both loops play fine. I would say Loop 2 is my favorite. Shot -4 on Loop 1 and -5 on Loop 2, after not playing this game for basically 2 weeks.
Lag is there on both loops, so I might recommend doing a bit to reduce it. When courses get into societies, lag seems to get worse, so I could imagine some problems happening if this stayed as-is. I don't know if there's anything I would change or add...there were a few centerline trees that were maybe not my favorite, but I don't know if removing them would really change a whole lot. Also noticed some spots on longer par-4s where I could see some quite lengthy second shots being needed if the wind was in the player's face. Not a huge deal or anything, but even with gentle breezes, I had several 200-plus-yard approaches on par-4s. But on the flip side, some par-4s were under 300 yards, so it all balances out.
I also like the name "Fleur du Nord", so that would be fine to keep.
