The course looks good.
A couple of things. The pot bunkers are done nicely but where they are slightly over sculpted you can see some creasing in the land. They are also a little flat bottomed, but I'm not sure if that is by design, so they might me good like that. I'd probably just move the splined around slightly to smooth out the shapes a touch as well.
I like the fairway leading straight into the rough, except for where the ground is bare, the two don't marry up very well. Behind the third is the most stark example. You can paint some heavy rough down to blend it in a little better.
The 5th is a tiny green for a par 5. I know that it is it's defence against the "getting on in two" brigade, but I think you can have it a little bigger and still have a risk of going for it. I got a big slinger off the fairway bunker on 9. I like the drivable 13th. The sculpting around the fairway bunkers on 14 looked a little odd, may be smooth it out a bit. The pin on 18 was on a big flat section, that you can add some more undulations too. (I think they call them dead pills). I hope this helps!

Thanks sandgroper that's exactly the type of feedback I was hoping for. I'd noticed the bare patches of heavy rough going in to the fairway and had meant to fill those like you suggest so thanks for reminding me. The bunkers are supposed to be fairly flat bottomed, though some need a little more smoothing. I'll take a look at the 5th green and see about making slightly bigger. Glad you like the 13th, I played it with a friend yesterday and hit out of bounds twice in a row off the tee shot Haha. Will definitely try to sort out the bunkers on 14 too and put in a little more slope on the 18th green. Otherwise just some more planting and finishing touches then hopefully will be publishing soon.
