Interesting aside: Had lunch the other day with a close friend and got talking about golf and started sharing stories from our pasts related to golf. My friend told me a funny story about playing with some of his childhood friends back in his youth. The story goes "that as the four friends stood on a par 3, 13th hole of this rather challenging golf course in their town, this one friend related to the other three that he had played this hole two weeks prior with his dad and went on to say how deceiving this par 3 is. "It appears longer then it is." he said. He related this information to the other three boys in a braggadocios manner, only to proceed to directly step up to his tee shot and top his ball into the deep gorge that fronted the tee box, causing the others to collapse in laughter."
In further discussion with my friend he told me the name of that challenging course in his home town was Keller Golf Course in Maplewood Minnesota. Of course I was surprised as I had just played "Highway 61 Revisited G.C." in game not long before. Small world. This incident caused me to re-play Highway 61 Revisited this past weekend and pay better attention to that 13th par 3 hole. It did make me smile, even though in game there would be no way of ending up in the gorge between the tee box and the green.
Enjoyed my second go at your course. Fun design!

Great story Knightsbridge. Thanks for sharing and also for the additional play. I feel pretty good about the action that Highway 61 Revisited has received, I really appreciate the attention.

Hey Grey, Took another run through your course, looking for the Easter eggs this time, had to first give the Dylan song a listen. Not sure I'm finding everything but did see the House dedicated to "Abe", liked the stone table, nice touch. Enjoyed the round, in a high wind it can be a bit of a beast. Well done my friend!

Thanks bonniev! Glad you took the time to search for the Easter Eggs , did those mostly for me knowing most wouldn't bother. Thanks for the additional playthrough! Grey

Played your course again with some friends and we cranked the wind to the max and played from the tips. Fun time was had by all. In max winds this course can have challenging teeth!
