I have a problem with my latest course. For some reason on Hole 7 I cannot add to fairway. I have turned rough width off and heavy rough width off and yet it will not allow me to place or auto gen a fairway at all. Has anyone one else seen this? Have I done something to create the issue? Is it a possible bug? This is the first time I have seen this. I really don't know what to do but maybe delete that hole and redux. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes there was water. I raised land but it will not place a fairway. I lowered some of the land and the fairway magically grows from underneath, but only to a point. I may just have to have water there. The hole will still work that way but it is not what I wanted. I have tried everything I know to do. Weirdest thing.
