Bits for birdies? (My donations to tgctours)

Hello!

I shall try to keep this as brief a possible,

I just wanted to start by saying how great this community is, to of come across so many different kinds of people that compete each week, push one another to do better and still get on is really quite a rare thing indeed.

While I've known about tgctours for a number of years, it is only this past year I've really played consistently and have enjoyed every minute of it. As a result, I do not want to see it end and so therefore I will use this thread to announce my own personal donations based on my performance each week on tour as inspired by another member previously.

I choose to do this publicly which will enable me to stay honest, its also more fun and it may even encourage others who knows.

At the moment I'm currently on the platinum tour and so my performance will be based on how many  birdies, eagles, aces, albatrosses or even aceatrosses (par 4 ace) I can achieve in each round. That includes rounds 1 and 2, if I make the cut, it will also include rounds 3 and 4.

My donation prices will be as follows each time I am able to achieve them,

$0.50 for a Birdie
$1.00 for an Eagle
$2.50 for an Eagle on a par 4
$10 for an Ace
$20 for an Albatross
$50 for an Aceatross

Adding to all this, they'll also be a further bonus donation based upon the amount of prize money I managed to win for the tournament. I will divide the prize money won by 100,000 and donate the the resulting amount.

This will come into play starting this week (week 38) at the American Open (major). Scoring here will be tough but will give it my all and see how much I can earn and update this thread come the end of the tournament.

I'll aim to do this each week up until the end of this current season. Here goes.

I managed to win $2,250,000 which we will divide by 100,000 to give,

So we officially have a new record for a single week ($47.28).

Next week will be week 41, can we go even better? It really would be quite something to hit a big bonus hole out.

So for the 2nd week running, it's another record week ($61.20) and we managed to get an Ace which really helped.

Really struggled this week on a tough course, but I wanted to play much better than that at the end. Let myself down a little.

Improvement on last week but didn't really finish high enough to allow the bonus to contribute much at all. Field is tough.
