WIP - Arkansas

Knew nothing of Arkansas when the wheel spun, but it turns out there's lots to work with.

Going for mountainous Ozarks vibes, while taking in a couple of the key sights such as Glory Hole Falls and Hawksbill Crag.





You'll see both several times on course, hopefully...











Also trying to come up with a Johnny Cash related name, perhaps. Don't really want to call it Glory Hole Falls GC.

Plenty of elevation changes on this course. Four holes left to put together, then we'll see what I rip up before the final touches.











Even though this is set in the Ozarks I tried to avoid waterfalls in general. I've failed, but I think it works.

Things are coming along nicely. 

Four greens enjoy views of Glory Hole Falls in the distance.









And on three holes you get decent views of the Hawksbill Crag.







Far enough along I'm starting to play with some off course stuff. It'll be a fictional golf and hunting retreat in the Ozarks, so plenty of deer you can spot along your round too, or places for fishing.



And lastly, very pleased with how this stream is coming along, particularly how it gently slopes down the hill along with the little rapids.



Will likely leave it for a couple of weeks now, then take a look with fresh eyes and decide what sucks.
