A sneaky peek with a lot more to do - but starting to resemble a golfing pitch

Nice progress so far! Weirdly would recommend checking out Q 's chuysky trakt even though it is a course based in Russia from a previous National Treasure. It has a lot of similar vibes to what you seem to have going now for New Mexico.

In full on tweaking stage now with some planting left to go!

It has a lot of similar vibes to what you seem to have going now for New Mexico. Just make sure to study the look and not the golf (penal russian gulag golf). Steppe is all about how well you sculpt it more than anything, make sure you dont cover that up with too much planting or else you'll end up covering up too much and take away from the look. any large slopes will cause the texture to tear in an ugly way so you have to vary it up a lot, and the only way to get the red rocky look is to do really steep variations.

I thought I was familiar with all the different schools of golf course design, but alas...
