So ive placed a clubhouse and the ground under it is unscultable? is that a word?

So ive placed a clubhouse and the ground under it is unscultable? is that a word? Any tips? If you're using a default clubhouse building, the ground around it automatically flattens out. Some other buildings also do this, too. But that is why you cannot sculpt the ground around specific clubhouse structures. Typically, I use non-clubhouse buildings for my course clubhouses. Sometimes I use the townhouses or city buildings, other times I use sheds or some of the "miscellaneous" building options. |

One of many things that HB refuses to fix with the default clubhouses. Only option is to either give yourself enough space around it and know it will be totally flat or use non-clubhouse buildings.
