I have a question for mods or someone that can help with a scoring issue.

I played my first and second rounds. Shot -16 and didn't make the cut. I assumed that was the end of the event for me and I never finished rounds 3 and 4. After checking the results today it shows me as a Withdrawal.
Is there a penalty for doing so? Did I do something wrong? Or maybe I should just finish rounds 3 and 4 from now on?

You definitely don't need to play rounds 3 and 4 if you missed the cut and it shouldn't matter if you started round 3 or not.

Unfortunately, I have no solution for your problem. However, I checked your position on the leaderboard at some point after your first post above, and I remember that it only showed a -9 round 1. Thus, unless you played your second round very shortly before the midweek deadline, that would mean that your second round was not captured for some reason (for instance quitting the game too early so that the round counted as "not yet completed"?).

Not sure how I did it. I guess I closed the game before the second round was recorded.
I can't find any information for my second round at all now. Really strange.
Suppose I'll at least start the third round from now on to make certain it submits.
