The Legends
If you are a little fed-up with the silly scores which we see in the game, then please come and try The Legends, a society with settings to give a better challenge and with it some more sensible scoring.
The society is set at Legend skill level with swing timing on. The green grids are on and the scout-cam on UI only. I have been running the society on these settings for a few weeks and the challenge and scoring has been more akin to the real game. It will also make you think a bit more about your bag make-up, trading a little bit less distance for a more forgiving club, could be the way to go.
It would be good to see some new faces come and give it a go.

Here is the Week 5 Score Board from TPC Harding Park. Sadly only two managing to finish, but a close battle none the less.  Week 6 is at a relatively new course creation called Appleton Park. Why not come and give it a go, you might be surprised at how enjoyable playing this way is, especially if you play the game in the real world. |

I am trying to set up the rounds so they are not the longest yardages, so some middle tee selections, I think that fits very well with the Legend level. Feedback from people so far has been very positive. The difficulty is getting people to give it a go! I really do think if people do, it gives a good and different challenge, I feel like it makes you think more as if you were actually on the course with the course management aspect it brings. |
