If anyone is interested in it but I have started a society last year. It is called Waterway Palms Golf Club. It is an Xbox Society. It was just me and a couple of friends that were in it but would like to have a few others if interested in it. The tournaments are 6 days long with 4 rounds and setup is varied for each round.
Settings: The settings will mirror what is used on TGCT with a few additional opens
Swing difficulty - set to Pro
Swing timing - On
Distance controls - Both off
Putt Preview - 0
Course yardage - Book only
Pro Visions - all off
Scout Cam - UI off
Lie grid - Open
Green Grid - On
Pin preference - Open
Aim Marker - Marker only *important - see below
Wind Speed - Open
Distance Display - Carry
*In order to see elevation go to your settings in game - display and Hud - distance info position - and set this to "in Hud". If you have this set to "off" or "marker only" you will not see elevation.
Most of the course we have all played at least once I would imagine. It will be 14 weeks long and start next Friday which is the 25th of March and end on 1st of July, starting off with the course that I designed last year. Kind of simple course nothing to hard about it, open fairways and semi large greens on most of them. As well I am adding @steo course into the lineup I think that it will be during the 4th week of play.
I have 4 weeks setup as of now, if there is a course that you would like to see played during the season just shoot me a message and I will look at it and add it to the lineup. We all like challenging courses' so that is what I am going to be using this season of play. As well as a name for your tournament. That is my week suit is coming up with names for these things.
Please feel free to have friends join or family members that play to join as well.
