First week playing True Sim and currently right on the cut line (Kinetic otherwise). Bad double on I think 14? The par five with the back pin. That pin was just diabolical and had about an 8 yard chip for eagle that ran all the way down to the front, and four putts later.... Biggest issue right now is that I can't see the aim point, which isn't a big deal on most shots, but I can't tell on, let's say splashes, if I'm 15 yards out, on Kinetic the game might automatically set me up at 16 yards (my lob wedge goes 23 yards max), and I can manipulate it from there. On TS, does it roughly do the same thing, or does it automatically set you at your max? I can tell putting basically works the same way, but not sure on splashes and pitches. Hb sets the desired distance which is sometimes partial so it's always a good idea to switch clubs beforehand to reset it. The approach cam helps a bit in tst. It can provide some views you wouldn't get otherwise. Go into settings > camera and turn on the approach cam

After what I consider a great week at TPC Sawgrass getting 41st place, I felt like Seminole was a pushover in the practice round. Early in the first round I started slow but I was patient at -3 at the turn, then dominated and finished with a 61 (-11) good enough for around 12th. I should have done the 2nd round Tuesday night right after but I waited until today, and I'm having some trouble controlling my mood. Started off rocky with a bogey on 2 and my head got the best of me. I struggled mightily just to make pars and finished with a 74 (+2). So I'm one ahead of the -8 current cut line but that may change. Next time I'll play when I catch myself feeling less down.

Had my first slash hole in gee I don't know how long it's been on the 4th in round 3. 8 putts! Furious rally to get to -1 for the round.
Round 4 had its ups and downs too, finished that one level. -16 for the event.
Onward!

Tired -4 third round. Missed some stupid short putts, other approaches missed by a mile. Will probably play the last tomorrow before my real round, then may take a break for a while. Footy season just started again so bugger all time on the weekend to play for the next 6 months or so.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Missed cut last week.... aaand crushed it this week. Probably the biggest yo-yo in terms of player ability on tour, hands down. Are you not entertained, virtual fans? -37 with a -9 and -10 final rounds. Those were gnarly rounds, I'm more amazed that I managed to pull off bogey frees on those. Sometimes it just felt like couldn't do anything wrong, other times I was scrambling for my dear life. Big difference is that this week I didn't screw things up too bad. Very excited to see where I end up, think my prediction is coming close to true on the positive side for once, instead of jinxing myself out of stuff. What an excellent week of golf, think I have finally found the biggest flaws on my game to work on and keep in check. Definitely helps to be pretty lucky on the putter department too. Cheers, good luck!

Rollercoaster ride is over - 61,74,73,66 for -17. I've lost something in my game right now but it's probably mental. I'll work on this off week - I'm guessing only a few players play next week?

There is always a TST for the masses, believe next week there is one for the upper crust and another for the rest. Is this true fransslabak?
