jwtexanA couple of quick questions.... 1. Is there going to be a time extension? I didn't love my first 18 so started another one and will likely be pushing to get it done. I don't think I've been in a comp yet when there hasn't been an extension  2. Will the judging rubric be being used? It didn't seem to be used for the WCoD like it was last year and for CC. I could be very wrong on that but there were no scores given at any stage. Just trying to figure out if I bother pushing through on this one. Thankyou kind sir.

The rubric was used for wcod. There was no formal numbers given for each category hence no final score (besides the head to head votes), but all the discussions and votes among the judges were based on it.

Extension?! Pshhhhhhh. That neverrrrr happens around here. Haven't discussed possible dates, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a week or two added if it helps quite a few people get over the hump. Especially since this could (?) be one of the last two competitions before the new game. Although not getting any typical May-ish leaks on an August release date like the last two games has me worried. Rubric?!? Since there are 50+ courses we haven't quite decided, but a scoring system would definitely be the best way to go. |
