Deep in the lush Pennsylvania farmland and countryside, and deeper into the summer, JELindholm Design has broken ground on the follow-up to Linden By the Sea. The crew is hoping to cut the ribbon before the leaves start to turn...
Special considerations with this course... JEL Design will add no vegetation, and there will be no sand. There will be plenty of water on the course, expect it to come into play on each hole. However, if you are expecting to have defenseless fairways to fire at, think again. Also, the greens will be soft and receptive to pin hunters. Serious pin hunters... no Duffy McDuffersons.
I will keep the TGCTours community informed as the course takes shape...

I Live about 45 minutes from Canonsburg, PA and happen to play Lindenwood a good bit. Great 27 hole course. Any chance your modeling this design after it or using it as inspiration?

Wow, that's cool... but no. My last name is Lindholm, which is inspired by the linden tree. So I've been naming my more recent courses in that vein. However, I think I should definitely check out Lindenwood. I'll have to figure out how far that is from where I am.
