Well, the old live turn based HB gremlins were out in full effect this week for both Nath and Myself, on numerous occasions where I saw Nath's shots finish, to where he actually played his next shot from where definitely not the same, at all and visa versa. On 1 occasion Nath's ball stopped 8ft from pin, and came to my shot, when his next shot loaded he was 40ft away off the green, where his ball on his screen finished. On another occasion Nath was cheering as he hold out for birdie after finding water, though on my screen his ball trickled past hole about 4ft away, but the it magically disappeared, pfft Rd3 for Nath was horrific tempo wise, no matter what he did, then it was my turn in rd4 and he just had to fart on his controller and could do no wrong. Played this way with Nath from game 1, week 1 and all these little things are still present within the game unfortunately. Gav and Luke can back this up as they used to play this way also, but got sick of all the shenanigans, but it is what it is. Played ok, -8,-7,-6, then +2 for rd 4, not unexpected to be honest. Enjoyed the course, only design gripe was that the water was not showing up in the overhead view, could clearly see it off the tee, but overhead, er nope. Good Luck all, play well I can indeed back this up the game is broken. Played with smiffys ghost for a laugh this week and nearly had to stop after seeing how jammy he is chipping in from everywhere! 😜 Anyhoo went into the final round 3 behind him and thanks to his Hb bullshit I ended up beating him so happy days haha

65 third round. Struggled a bit with hitting approaches close, and reading the longer putts. Had a couple that took a sharp turn halfway to the hole, pretty difficult to see that on a TV screen. I also had a couple where I'd watched the way it rolled past the hole on the approach to get an idea what it would do on the way back, and it was nothing like it. Weird.

Beat the Tough Guy to the tee this week and happy with the results even if IMO it will miss the cut comfortably. But I'll hang around, maybe shoot 3 & 4 regardless. -7, -5 for -12 after 36. Onward! Dadgumit, made the cut! Onward!!

Maybe not spectacular but certainly consistent this week: -11, -10, -11, -11 for -43 total So, clearly, we're staying in Florida until the end of the season!

Struggled round 3 to -1 thanks in large part to a chirp-chirp finish. Still left me behind my target score of -18, which would put me just ahead of SkyBlueBen and keep me sane. He may not know it but I personally need to finish ahead of him, so don't tell him or he might start playing better Final round started poorly, and after a Humph on the 2nd things were looking bleak in my pursuit of His Sky Blueness. But then The Vandelay Way started working, covered the next five holes in -6 highlighted by a 71 yard hole-out for iggle on 4. The par grind went from 8 through 13 (blaming some of that on Mrs. V interrupting at the turn with a lovely supper), but a chirp on 14 gave me one shot cushion. Stayed dry on 17 but STILL managed to three jack for a Humph, lead back to 1. Found the back fringe in two on the last and holed the short chip for a finishing iggle and a three shot win over my TST rival (shh, don't tell him, ok?). Onward!

I'm trying to find a balance, I'm trying to build a balance... So round 3 was... not my cup of tea, let's put it lightly. Slight bit off on everything except smacking it off the tee. Anemic, weak front nine with one birdie scored with so many chances wasted. Took my only sip of water on the 11th, en route to a +1 round, worst in a while for me. Just one of those rounds where very little seems to go right. Maybe I was subconsciously expecting too much out of myself after good 2 rounds and putting bit too much pressure into myself? I don't know. So after that round which looks to be one of the worst rounds to be posted on that R3 lineup, I then return with a -8 final round which looks to be quite up there so far. Tee shots continued to be blasted with precision and might that I rarely see, and also got some shots close, putts dropping and a bunker splash in to give me a good score and a nice cleanser after a woeful round just before it. So finished -24. Was thinking I might have a shot at a top result for myself this week which I did, didn't utilize it. However, looking like I'm still going to hover around my usual finishing area in the standings so that'll do quite fine. Still taking baby steps in trying to crack into some greater results, don't have tons of expectations going into any week so anytime I'm anywhere near these top guys at any point, it's always an opportunity to test myself. That's way more than I ever imagined myself being able to do, especially when I remember where I came from into this current season. Cheers, good luck!
