I just attained my Tour Card with a score of -18 over 4 rounds. I placed 32nd out of 97 entrants.
Imagine my shock when I was placed into "Challenger Circuit C" where the cutline for the same tournament was -20 for only 2 rounds!!!
How on earth am I going to make ever make the cut?
Under your placement system it's unlikely I will ever make a cut until I drop down to CC-J.
You would think that you would place new Tour Card holders into a Tour where they have some chance of making the cut.
I think you need to look at your dropout statistics for new players and revamp your placement system.
