Had a little issue with my computer last couple of weeks. The reservoir that holds the main part of the distilled water sprung a leak and I had to wait for a new o-ring to arrive. A couple asked me to post pix once everything was back up so here it is. The fans sitting on either side of the processor cools the RAM. They can change to be any colour, tho I think it might be a bit overkill and may ditch them in the future. Not sure of that yet. Overall it is overclocked to 4.9GHz and the hottest I have seen it run is about 70 degree Celcius under full load in the stress test, which is about 20 degrees cooler than on the old CPU water pump. The Graphics cards have two fans, one spins constantly while the other only activates if it gets hotter than 60 Celsius. Since installing the water, that other fan has never turned on, even under full load, it is kinda amazing how these Asus Poseidon's handle the water cooling. Sadly as much as I have a great computer, I still live in the Boonies so my internet speed isn't quite what I wished for. It is good enough for normal play but not sure I can stream matches as the upload speed is about 1MB/s if not less. Finally I received and installed the new Samsung SM951 M.2 SSD drive. It is the new version of the XP941 and is in a PCI-e slot under the second GPU card. It runs at a full x4 speed and my sequential reads are 2200 with writes at about 1400. It is absolutely a speed demon. Things like Skyrim loads in about 2 seconds between buildings. I can list the whole computer if anyone wants to know or cares about the specs. Attachments:
