Welcome to Week 11! This week is a funny one, this course, by mctrees02 who also helped bring you "Running Water" last season, is actually a fairly scoreable course and I ended up pulling back some of the settings this week to really showcase that fact.  At the same time, if you hit your ball into the WRONG place on some of these holes, it can be incredibly hard to even bogie, so be fully aware that blowing up a hole here and there is very possible and playing certain shots more conservatively might help you avoid these disasters (but also might help you avoid winning). Just as a hint there might be a certain driveable par 4 on the back 9 that I really wouldn't recommend going for on certain pins as certain death lurks long. Have fun out there! |

Still here...  Obviously, my goal this week can only be to beat SMIFFYLFC79 ... Started okay and -27 halfway - which might be enough for another cut, even though the course is on the easy (but very enjoyable!) side? If I do make it to the weekend, and Andi does as well, I've left the door open for him in round 4, where I had my first bogey and missed putt after putt... -46 for the week. Best wishes Frans |

So.....After a Par,Eagle,Par,Bogey,Bogey start I really did think the honeymoon period really had finished  I battled back to a -10 finish, then subsequently battled even harder to finish -15 in rd2  bogey free  Unfortunately i think it does mean the honeymoon period has come to an end as I feel -25 thru 36H's will not be enough to make the grade this week Also thus meaning fransslabak will just squeak in  and therefore take the spoils  but I will playout to see if i can pip him on the ps4 leaderboard Good Luck, All Play Well * Edit * I played out rds 3-4, round 3 horrendously and rd 4 better, finished -42 thus losing out to Frans but as positives go shooting an average of -10 n abit a round is something im proud of. Putting woes have hurt me in back to back tournaments. As a result this week, might end up with a demo mark with -23 at the cutline. Tempo and accuracy was decent in R1 with 27.9ft proximity (95% GIRs), but 28 putts left me at -10. Actually played a little worse in R2 with a 30ft proximity (89% GIRs), but made a couple putts to get it to -13. Still had a 3 putt bogey, with all 3 putts in that instance under 10 ft. That hurt.
Was decent in R3/R4 with -15, -12 to get it to -50. Won't matter though. Hopefully I can sort out the putting!
I switched to a female character a while back because I found it improved my tempo and my ability to consistently hit 101%, but it seems my putting is suffering as I'm missing my %'s often, especially on short putts.
Oh also, great having a bunch of XB names on the leaderboard now with more having moved up through the ranks. Hopefully can push me to be better, as Killah Beaz is back to beating me this week with a -52! Anyways, onto next week good luck to all!

Want to thank the par 3 14th for a bloody 8 in the final round!
12 under thru 13 and nailed on for a top ten finish and then hit by that for the 2nd worst round in the top 50. Cheers 14th⛳👌👍
