Hi guys. Having an issue with trying to get my DualShock working in this game. No luck so far. I’ve googled, YouTubed this to death and can’t figure it out. Controller works but buttons seem like they are using Xbox. I’ve gone into big picture mode and have ps4 listed on the steam settings ant game settings. I’ve tried downloading ds4 windows but when I try to initiate that my computer freezes. To add to this my computer hasn’t been used in a while so I’ve downloaded a ton of updates and think I’m all set there. I’m on windows 7 professional so not sure if that’s an issue. Has anyone experienced this kind of pain in the ass just to use the controller on pc? Any tips or links you can provide to help? Eager to get designing on pc from console

Able to get this fixed thanks to Aron. The solution was getting DS4 and just leaving the steam settings alone or let it be configured to Xbox and then in game use PS4.

How does the DS4 controller compare to an Xbox controller?

Might as well hi-jack this thread since the issue seems to have been resolved.
Controller vibration is set to on in the game but it's not working. Anyone with any idea as to why?

Not sure if you resolved this long ago, but if you go to controller settings you can adjust the vibration to: off, low, med, high, etc

Thanks anyway, though.
