A WIP of the 13th, could end up being my favorite playing hole on the course.

Please don't do a Lions Mouth Drivable 4 for the sake of your dignity. I got absolutely BLASTED when I did one of them.

Sindre had one of the best holes in last years World Cup and it was a drivable Par 4 Lions Mouth. (Granted the lions mouth was sideways to the player from the Tee). TeeJ had a drivable Par 4 Lions Mouth on his NT course. So it can happen.

The lions mouth will be sideways from the tee, so I'm factoring in needing a perfect tee shot in order to use the ground game to set you up for an eagle put, just trying to get the right distance I need from the tee to execute it.

Just a matter of the designer behind it all I guess. lol no, not even close. it's a matter of how it was executed. if I'm remembering correctly your green size was tiny and the bunker took up a lot more space than it needed too. Sindre's worked better because it was a side-on lions mouth with real danger and reason not to go for it on both sides. he nailed the 5 at sweetens cove vibe with his, and it had enough room on the green for shots to hold whereas yours didn't. I've played countless quirky golf holes by top designers that have taken many goes to fully appreciate, which is something that newer designers just aren't as good at. also I've played many quirky golf holes by relatively new guys that I thought were pretty cool. so yeah, not a matter of the designer, but 100% a matter of execution

Hole 5 WIP, a longer downhill par 4. Really been liking the tree lines I've been able to create on this course.
