I've just been playing a random round on a society event (not TGC tours), and on three holes the game recorded an incorrect score.

On two of the par five holes I holed a birdie putt and the scorecard registered a five. Then on a short par three I was delighted to stick my tee shot inches from the cup, tapped in, and the scorecard showed a par three.

I've been playing this game regularly for six months and have never seen this before, anyone else seen this or have any idea as to what is happening?

I'm on Xbox One.

(edit - ignore me, just realised the game had Handicapped Scoring switched on. If I could find a way to delete this post I would!)

sroel908: Green firmness is more about how the ball interacts with the putting surface when you hit an approach into it. A soft green is more receptive, and will allow more backspin than a firm one. A firm green will have less bite and more rollout. Nov 18, 2024 15:57:00 GMT -5
