Around the first of November my statistics and records disappeared just dashes now where things like total holes in one, eagles, etc were. This week out of curiosity I looked at a course I had just played to see the leader board and it was just dashes as well. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? MS and the game developer had no real help, just turn the console off and on and blame my wifi connection. Just standard things when it feels to me like a server issue? My apology if I am not in the right forum. Also this has occurred on my series X and one-S consoles, my account and my brothers. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Assuming you mean in game... this is definitely a server issue on HB/2Ks end.

Did you experience this problem as well? Have you checked you stats and records? My latest reply from 2K is to backup my files and re-install the game, this just doesn't seem the solution, but I guess I will try this when I have time.

Has anyone experienced this? or Could a few of you please go and check your player records and stats, and any course leader board (not an "Official" course). Thanks in advance for your help.

Had a look earlier. No stats. I did replace my PS4 yesterday, my level and handicap etc. was all still there but I had to re kit my player and make a new bag. Also finding certain settings aren't staying how I set them when I turn it off and come back later/next day.

When you checked for your stats, I assumed you had played at least one round on your new console ? The loss of stats and records that I reported to HB/2K over a week ago and after numerous emails with tech support they are finally "submitting a bug report to the developer team".
My cousin in San Antonio TX, and my brother and I in Alamogordo NM have all apparently lost almost a year of data, and no new info is being saved. Yesterday I went thru the 400 newest courses and checked approx. 15-20 with the most plays and none of them have any data on their leaderboards.
Thank you for your response, I know this issue is not interfering with the play of the game. We enjoy occasionally comparing who has the most hole-in-ones, eagles, rounds played, etc. FYI last month when we were doing this I had played over 500 rounds since last November when we started playing, now all three of us have lost all that data.
Anyone else experiencing this issue ?

Yes I'd played a round in Elite, as well as a couple of partial rounds in other societies.
It probably explains why there's no scorecards on the tours leaderboards lately too.

Thanks for checking, at least I know I'm not crazy. HB/2K customer support only made me feel like I was an idiot until I went thru checking my wifi connection, and re-installing the game then when that didn't fix the problem they finally passed this issue onto the developer team.
If anyone else can provide further proof of this bug by checking their stats and letting me know if their data is missing, I would appreciate hearing from you.

I'll have another look today now that I've played more rounds but it'll probably be the same.
At least the scorecards and round stats are back on the leaderboards now.

I play on ps and experienced a loss of all my stats in the career mode. I was on my third go around playing career mode, about 6 tournaments in and all of a sudden the next day I was going to play a round in career mode and everything was gone like I've never played. I had 6 sponsors completed at the time too. Guess I'll stick to playing in societies.

Logged in this morning and checked if my stats were restored. Amazingly there they were. As best I can tell the stats were up to date with all my missing rounds. Hopefully everyone else has had their data restored as well. Thank you to those who contributed to this topic.

My brother logged in yesterday (a day after my stats were restored) and his stats were still missing, maybe it takes time for everyone to recover their stats? Let me know if your stats are back.

I had a look on the weekend, still no stats and all my replays from my old PS4 are gone as well. The turn order setting still keeps turning itself off between rounds as well.
