Course played well. Felt a touch bare in spots but not overly empty. Thought you could’ve gone with the brushed on heavy rough to cover the dirt areas from the land movement. Looked a bit out of place with the country club feel”. Greens rolled well but could’ve used some more movement…touch flat and large. Fun course to play, though. Good luck in the contest.

Thanks for the play and feedback! Yea I waffled back and forth for a while between the autumn theme with the sandy hills and the countryside with the pure grass. Thought it gave it a bit more contrast/character. Perhaps not as true to form with the rest of the course. Thanks again

7 bucks for a beer! Shheees. lol. You just had to get the hotdog reference in! From the plot photo above it does look kind of bare i.imgur.com/9BVfTFg.jpg and as an ode to Halloween looks a little like the scream mask. Went for it on 2 and paid the ultimate price, not only a wet ball but a horrible drop. Didn't have a par until the 6th hole. What happened to the love on the 8th hole? The tee box is wonky, the fairway edges that cut into the dirt need some more smoothing. Did make a nice birdie though. The edges of the 11th green were a little to jagged, probably bring the edges in a little. Plenty to love out there and lots of good scoring chances. I'd say you can get a little more adventurous with some slopes on the greens and a couple were on the large size. Really enjoyed my round though and with plenty of plant meter left there was no lag so it played like butter.
