It's working now but I've had this happen twice now and every time it works right now I thank the man upstairs.
The game loads great then all of a sudden it loads like what is shown in the red circle and if you Alt+Enter to go to full screen it just has the thin line across the screen. I've built PC for 20+ years and tried everything that I know to try, spent 2 week with HB support and tried everything they suggested and the only way I've found to fix is just re-install Windows.
- If I installed Steam/game to my laptop using the same Steam account, it worked fine.
- If I installed Steam/game to the same PC that was jacked up on a 2nd user account using the same Steam account, it worked fine.
- Windows and all drivers are up to date.
- I have no issues with any of the games/apps that I use.

I've seen 1 other person post on some 2k21 Facecrack page that had the same issue, has anyone here had/seen this issue and if so, how did you/they fix it?
