Scorecards not getting posted

Looks like this may only be a PS4 issue, and not every PS4, but my scorecards from rounds 1 and 2 this week haven't been posted.  My scores are there on the leaderboard, but no scorecards.  I checked a handful of players in CC-A on each platform, and about only about half the PS4 scorecards came through, while they were all there for XBox and PC.  I'm actually on a PS5 if it makes any difference.

This is the case for me aswell, also on PS5. What is worse is that I'm unable to play rounds 3 and 4 as I now get an error when trying to start round 3, and the problem is isolated to the Elite society.

I also cannot play rounds 3 and 4, Im in CC-A. I get an error message Error Code: HB-RS [1706]
I note there was a Playstation system software update after I completed round 2 and before trying to start round 3. Its possible this has something to do with it, i dont know ?
Doyley just to note that I dont wish to receive demotion marks for being a withdrawal if the error persists, I wish to play, Im actually in contention for a promotion mark if I post two decent rounds.

That is the same error message as I get. I actually started round 3 right after my second round just to see wind direction and then I quit, but the PS-update must have something to do with this. I hope I'll get it to work before the deadline to avvoid a WD and demotion marks, sitting T22 (-25) after two I was eyeing a green tick instead of a couple of red ones.

I had that error not long ago (last week maybe) on PS4. I swapped from my wired connection to WiFi and it started working. I went back to wired and it's still fine. With the network issues going on I'd give that a try. Report back here if it works and what you did so others can see also.

I managed to play the 3rd round eventually, after lots of frustration. I restarted the PS console a few times, with no luck. I then shut power off completely and removed the power plug from the socket for a minutes. Plugged in again to the power socket and powered up and then all was fixed.

I tried this without any luck, but in a desperate attempt to play the rounds I quit the society, rebooted the console and rejoined the Elite society. Fortunately this was successful and was completed the tournament with two good round and are now in T10 with two promotion marks😁

Ditto on Error Code: HB-RS [1706].
Played 4 or 5 holes and quit yesterday.
Tried all the ways from above to get in, no luck.

Game gets worse and worse every week.

So I haven't had any issues getting rounds in. But the last two weeks I get scores here on the leaderboard, but no round data at all.

I unplugged my PS5 and restarted everything before this event.  No problems playing, and first round scorecard posted without issue.  Second round had about three holes post, and then all zeroes, so I shot an 11 in round 2.  It's posted correctly to the leaderboard, though.
