EPSG codes are related to your specific lidar files. Open one of your las files with lastools and the EPSG code is in there.

Use the one that correlates to the X/Y coordinates.

I am new to using LIDAR for building an existing course. It's the Highlands at Dove Mountain in Marana, AZ.
I have the LAZ files but I can't find the EPSG code. How do I get the lastools? Is there a safe site that I can download them from?
Also, how do I insert a LAZ file into one of these postings as an attachment?
Finally I have TGC 2019 on my Xbox 1. How would I get a blank course setup file from the Xbox to my PC; so I can use the Chadrockey TGC Designer tool?
I would really appreciate any help I can get on these questions.

You can't get a file to migrate to/from Xbox and PC. You need to have TGC2019 on the PC to use Chadstool and make LiDAR based courses.
