I cant get any game to go into my x1 all my other games are in there boxes any thoughts and how to fix it. |

Google says try powering down the console, unplugging it completely for one minute then power up and try again. If there's still a problem then its a faulty drive and you'll need to speak to MS to get it exchanged (assuming its still under warranty)

If it's a original xb1 it maybe have a faulty disc drive mine had you will get a free exchange
