Welcome to Serphent's Bay Golf Club! Par 72 - 7049 yds This unique design is a coastal woodlands course that takes elements of traditional links golf and applies it to the Pacific Northwest Region of the United States. The course is challenging, but fun and fair. The natural landscape provides a variety of ways to approach each hole, but be weary of the coastal winds! The course also comes with 4 pin locations and 5 sets of tees, so there is plenty of replay-ability. As always, give it a playthrough and share your thoughts down below. Enjoy the views and try to stay out of the beach!

Just enjoyed shooting a 74 (+2) on your course from the back tees and Pin #3 in high winds - fought my way back from +5 after 4 holes. Very well done Jeb! Very scenic and holes were well designed for options. No. 11 was a great hole. Bunkers sculpting looked good and course had good visibility. Plantings gave it a very natural look and feel. My only critiques would be the #3 pins on the par 3's on the front #2 & #8 - with a trail wind and front pins and no run up available, it is nearly impossible to get close. Also, I don't think you needed some of the center line bunkers, course is tough enough and I think it just puts a luck factor into a well hit tee shot. Thanks, Bob

The front-nine par 3's were definitely difficult holes that could be arguably unfair, particularly hole 2. The same can be said of some of the pot bunkers here and there, but that was partially the intention; to sprinkle in some elements that might be asking too much of the player. That way, its either feels more rewarding when you hit a perfect shot, or if nothing else, it gets a strong emotional reaction. Either way, I'm glad you enjoyed the course and I hope you decide to play it again sometime!

Well that was a game of two halves. When I was on - it was magnificent, when I was off - it was horrible!
Good length par 5 to start with a pin tucked in tight making it tough to get to. Solid par 3 to follow. Starting birdie birdie was a plus.
Tricky third and the forth caught me out with the pot bunker that I didn't think I could get home from and took an ugly double. Buggered up the 5th for another bogey pushing me back to 1 over.
The 7th is a great little drivable par 4 but the shadowing takes away a lot of it's appeal. The 8th looks very good with it's elevation change making club selection tricky.
I was trying to get creative on 17 and use the slopes to run me down to the pin, but got caught on the high side taking bogey. Loved the 18th with some strategy required to get near the pin, which I got wrong but what a finish!
Great clubhouse and surrounds and the elevation changes and bunkering are well done.

Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed the course! I see what you’re saying about hole 7. It was a tough situation for me because I really liked how the rest of the course looked in this lighting, but without getting rid of most of the trees behind the hole, I couldn’t pull it off. By the way, nice chipping around the greens!

Really enjoyed my round, the environment was enjoyable and I had to think about club selection a few times. Nice job on this one!
