So I've got a little bit of an issue with my OSM layout being way smaller than my LiDAR map. Is there a way to make the LiDAR the correct size? The OSM is the correct lengths & widths. Picture below. (And I realize I'm off just a touch on where it's supposed to line up but I can fix that.)

That's odd and I'm not sure what causes it. When you do the Process Lidar step, make sure the Map Scale is set to 2.0 and leave the background scale set to 16.0 on the Import Terrain and Features step. What is the name of the course and location, I'll try to do it and see what happens.
