I've noticed the last completed course was added to this forum over a year ago. Is this forum still going?

The lidar forums are pretty dead these days, and most of your questions have already been answered in previous posts which is probably why you are not getting many responses. Use the search function.
No one really adds courses to the lidar forum. Once you have a complete and published course you can announce it in the regular Designer/Completed Courses sub forum. You may also want to submit it to the TGCtours course database, which is how many people find new courses to play.
