I am trying to do a course but the Lidar data is not present in a small top corner of the course. When I Export it, 2 of the holes go over the edge of Lidar data cliff ( tee box from hole 3 and part of fairway and all of green of hole 2) I know that when smoothing out this area some of the results of Lidar data will be lost. Does anyone know of any YouTube videos that will help me rectify this?

Sorted it though holes 2 and 3 have only partial Lidar

It sounds like you didn't draw the selection loop/square on the website on the outside of the course (or didn't select all of the data squares needed, some countries sites work differently and you didn't say so ...) and that you didn't get all of the .laz/.las files that were needed.
EDIT: Or you got 1 or more from a different data set, check the dates in the file names or back on the website
