Season 4 Placement Rounds set up for PS4/5.

SO we come to an end of another season. 

Firstly let me thank you all for taking part, especially those who managed every round, every week. 

The same format will follow in Season 4 but I need your help getting some new blood playing. Please ask anyone and everyone.


Now onto the data!

Pandora Legends Season 3 consisted of a potential 336 rounds of golf played over 12 weeks (not including the placement tournament)
Teams were formulated based on the average score of all involved players, paired up into as even a split as I could. Like a Celebrity Pro-Am.
7 Teams, 14 Players, 336 rounds of golf. 

Life gets in the way, people forget or realise they dont really want to play so we only saw 308 rounds played. Quite the achievement.
Each winning team got 10 points, 5 for a draw and an extra 5 if both team members took part. 
Each teams scored were joined together and averaged to give a final score each week with the results being as follows :

1st Place with 140 points. 8 wins out of 12 rounds played and full participation. Team 1 (@billysastard & nancogc) Well done Gents. 
2nd place with 130 points. 8 wins out of 12 played and 10 rounds with full participation. Team 5 (xclgizman08 & CGib2)
3rd place with 110 points. 5 wins and a draw, only 1 round missed the whole season. Team 3 (crushtastic & gatorman)
4th place with 90 points. 7 wins, 1 draw, only 3 complete team rounds played. Team 4 (RHMIII & scootmcgoot)
Joint 5th with 80 points, both with 2 wins but almost complete participation Teams 2 (tylannister & Rosebowl88)
7th place with 65 points, Team 6 (liebs44 & Rock-Night22)

What I enjoyed this season was how close some of the matches were, there are some really strong players and some hackers like myself who have a brief inspiration once in a blue moon.

Our highest score this season was : crushtastic with a 51 ! Very impressive. However, even with that score Team 3 didnt win that round! 

I really enjoy our format, how we score and how we all take part.

Season 4 placement tournament starts tomorrow. Please take part fully, encourage others, drag bodies in to play!

Pandora Legends Season 4 

Morning, evening, afternoon all. As above, Pandora Legends Season 4 is starting Monday 13th June with a placement tournament. 
For those who don't know, we team up players and build an average abilitied team based on previous season scores as well as placement tournament scores. 
This gives us a good balance of players, all competing reasonably equally.

PLayers will play this weeks tournament and I will pair them at the end of the week. Proper matches start proper Monday 20th and will run for 6 weeks (usually 12 but summer holidays for lots of people to take into consideration)
10 points for a win, 5 for a draw, 5 if both team members take part per week.

Here is the link to the spreadsheet including tabs for placement and rounds setup. Each player would need to join the Pandora Society for their platform of choice and I take care of all admin.

The placement tournament is over and normal rounds have started!
