Finished the bunkers, reworked #8 (still not totally happy with it, but don't have any better ideas at the moment), built a cliff and did some more sculpting. Something I'm particularly enjoying with a reversible course is how holes can play extremely differently from different angles, especially with regards to template elements. For example, #2 is a sort of Eden: whereas the approach to #6 has a hint of a Lion's Mouth: Similarly, #3 is a Road: Road hole bunker with sneak peek of 4th green in the background. whereas #6 tee shot is a Narrows: Still not happy with the sculpting here. A couple more photos: Short is not a good miss at the 7th. The consolation prize for ending up left of #8 green with an impossible downhill chip.

Been a bit busy with real life for the past few days. Started some planting (gorse is thankfully much easier than heather!) and scultped some tee boxes, especially the 3rd. Plant meter is scaring me a little, up at the lofty heights of 2.8%, but I think it should be ok. Behind 2nd green with 3rd tee boxes 4th green with planting - I might redo this as it's a bit too monotone green-yellow and I prefer the planting behind the 2nd
