I think this plot should be sent to 10 designers and they can have a go at it. They will need to keep the terrain as original as possible and we see who comes up with the best routing. it would be like a 1 plot contest I'm in.

I know the Pasa plot gave us three very different courses (Pastimes Club, Montellago and Santa Ynez Valley Club) so I think you could get good variation from a few people doing stuff on the plot.

The quarry is endlessly fun to try to fit a course into; I have a strong temptation to make a 12-15 hole course of just a single loop within the pit. Might do it as a separate project.

Is this still a thing? I would be interested in giving the plot a go if you are still below 10

Yeah for sure I can send it. PM me your email address or discord. Won't be until next week, though. Currently without power, and going on a long weekend trip.

Has anyone done anything with this plot at all ? For various reasons up until about a week ago, I've been almost completely away from the game / forums etc. (pretty much since this thread was started). So apart from having a quick nosey at it when theclv24 first sent me the file, I haven't looked at the plot at all. It's something I could still be interested in having a go at, although currently it would have to be in a very casual way due to other RL commitments......So if anyone else already has a WIP from it then I probably won't bother starting one

I’d being willing to help someone with planting or other stuff if need be.

I would be seriously interested in routing a course here, although I’m not sure how likely I would be to actually get something published out of it.

This is about a mile away from my house, and I frequently travel down the road that bisects the two areas of this plot. One side of the road, about 130 acres, is a working gravel mine. Let's just pretend it's now abandoned and for sale. The other side of the road, about 100 acres, is natural rolling farmland.
In my head I see the gravel pit being open season for moving as much earth as desired, or simply using the existing land forms as inspiration. On the other side of the road, I imagine trying to find natural holes without disturbing the land.
So the challenge is to take essentially a blank slate and try to make it mesh seamlessly with the holes on the natural land.
I will likely try something here, but my chances of finishing a full release are so slim, I figured I would offer it up to anyone interested, as I would love to see a finished product come out of this. If multiple people want to take it on, well then, we have a little showdown!
Holler at me if you want the file.
Since I’ve moved over to PC, any chance I can have a look at this plot now and see if I can come up with something fun? Thanks

(I'm on PS4 so I've no dog in the fight) but would be brilliant to see how different designers tackle the same plot with routing/theme/planting and imagination.
