First, for all the routing nerds, here is your obligatory shot: Mapu Rupanco, which loosely translates to "Land of the Flowing Water", is located in the south central area of Chile known as the Lakes District. This area of Chile is home to many unique geographic features including (duh) lakes, ocean fronts, and volcanos. The flora is a wide mix of deciduous and coniferous trees including the Araucaria tree which I have attempted to emulate. Mapu Rupanco is a par 72 course coming in just under 7200 yards from the tips. Most fairways are generously wide and offer many avenues into the greens which tend to be large, well protected, and undulating. The front nine plays up and around the foothills of the Andes mountains while the back nine swings around along the coast of the Pacific ocean. The prevailing winds in the area are Northeast and tend to blow at a Medium to High speed. Green speeds are set to 175 on default but the course should play well under all conditions. The best lighting is either Morning (not Dawn) with the sun rising over the mountains or Afternoon/Evening/Dusk (Dusk is default) with the sun setting across the ocean. This is my second full 18 hole publish after Crooked Arrow and though there is plenty of room for improvement, my hope is to showcase my development over the past seven months. Enjoy your round and please, spare no feelings with your critiques.

Just finished up a round here, the boys and I quite enjoyed it. Some interesting bunker placements made for some decision making on a number of holes, well done on that. Environment was good! A couple empty/unplanted wide views on a few holes, and a couple "skinny" bunkers, that said, there were a number of really nicely framed shots. Really liked the routing going from the front nine to coastal on the first few on the back with out any trees whatsoever—really liked that, the change felt very authentic. Overall, nice work, will definitely add to our rotation and try a few more pin positions. Cheers.
