When I go to the address of the golf club, it's just a green solid picture that says "XYZ Golf Course". I've checked a few other in the area and it shows the same thing. When I go to Google Earth I can see the full course, tee boxes, sand traps, greens, etc. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

Are you clicking the Edit button? If not, then you are just looking at the OpenStreetMaps layer, which is essentially like looking at Google Maps without the satellite view.
If you did click Edit and still see that view, your background setting might have gotten changed to the OSM layer. Change it to Bing or Esri World Imagery and you should get your satellite view.
