Hi all, this is my second effort on 2K21 and it's a big improvement on my first effort, Emerald Creek. With EC I hadn't a clue how to sculpt or how to add water and although it's a good play with some good holes it's very primitive. With PSP I hope I've put my new found knowledge from the the Driven By Design Society and by watching tutorials by B101 and Crazy Kanuck, to good use. I've included a few fun things around the course like a mini show jumping arena to the right of the 1st and some "racing golf carts" with some red & white floral kerbing here and there along the cart paths. I've mixed it up with different length par 3's with both uphills and downhills, different length par 4's with at least 2 reachable from the tee. My par 5's are all reachable I'd say bar the 7th which sits behind the showpiece lake and bridge I built. All in all its tougher than a lot of courses but I'm really happy with it and hope anyone who plays it is too. Look out for the Shamrock on the 11th as an ode to St Pat himself. Cheers Jambbie 147

Sounds good Jambbie, I look forward to trying it out. We'll also get it on the Driven by Design schedule.

Solid effort here. Knowledge of the tools is evident. Planting is extremely close to the fairways so I’d watch for that in the future. Also, planting directly in the golfers line of sight off the tee is never a good idea unless it’s buried and really low to the ground. The planter boxes and hedges you had are well done but right in the way often causing blindness or distraction. Fairways themselves are well sculpted but too narrow (shoot for roughly 30+ yds wide) and in many cases the planting makes them almost inaccessible. The greens were pretty benign but the ones towards the end of the round are very small, almost too small for the length of shot expected. Hole designs were ok in most cases but gave no options off the tee or with other shots. The forced layups and forcing certain clubs is not usually fun...give the golfer the option to hit a different club (that maybe isn’t advised but could be pulled off with a hero shot), don’t force them to have hit a certain club, if that makes sense.
This looks like you’ve learned from your 1st effort and the knowledge of the tools shows. Now work on strategy and those advanced things and you’ll have yourself a crackin course down the road.
