Asylum’s routing looks the best Q _ In the nicest way possible, it isn't Q's best of those two! Reason being that so many of the holes on Asylum (understandably due to the coastal requirement) run dead parallel, which will mean that you're either into a headwind every other hole or crosswinds the whole time. He already knows this from me haha. Not that it is a bad routing - far from it - but that's a big thing to take away when you really study it. Te Amo on the other hand, dips and dives, changes direction constantly and has 9s that intertwine and have loops within that. It's a far superior routing before you even consider the variety of environments. You route with the land you have.

What software is everyone using? To be totally transparent, I have not done any kind of photo manipulation ever.

Cape Trois Chutes D'eau: Ghost Town Canyon: Infinity Mountain Golf Resort - Upcoming Competition course coming early May with a Loop A and Loop B (and a 19th hole): Angola National Treasure - Half finished: Blazin' Trails - Fun Portland Trail Blazers inspired course I to 16 and the competition courses got in the way. There will be homes all around these lakes. The routing is jokingly in the Blazers Pinwheel. Also the front nine is a lot of interweaving water and all red trees and bushes and the back nine is a lot of waste bunkers and all while trees and bushes. All for funsies, not sure when I'll get a round to finishing this but probably sometime in the summer

Here is an overhead of my course Lazy River. This was a design league entry last summer based around reversible routing. I took that concept and instead tried an ultra compact routing idea that had two opposing green sights connected by two parallel fairways and tried to see if I could make it play differently on each hole. The result was the front nine shown at the bottom of the picture and am just now finishing up porting it and adding the back nine. This is a really fun routing challenge because each landing zone has to play well/differently from multiple angles while still keeping good sightlines and strategy. The other fun thing about this routing is that each green has several different sections which means that you can cross pins into different areas to change how the hole plays between pinsets. This has been super fun to design and is pretty fun to play too. I'll be releasing it in the next couple of days after the final playtests are done.

heres the tutorial. I only know how to do this on pc. (sorry!) Thanks for the video - would have helped to put how you get to that camera mode. How do you do that? Press F10 or in some cases fn+F10. Then press F11. You will be able to move around and fly higher than when you are designing. This is only available on PC. My video wasn't fantastic, I put it together in about 2 minutes!
