Not sure if I will make the cut this week on CC, I shot -7 at the cut. I shot +2 in round one, all my putts lipped out. I don't putt with a fully straight line and it seems green firmness removes margin of error for putting. Does green firmness add to green speed also? I played under par in the practice society with that green speed but the greens were not as firm. In round three with the same green speed as round one but softer greens, I shot a 61!

I used to miss putts the entire tournament and now it was one and a half rounds.

Alright.....back in the saddle again after some R&R.... Week 6 winners:Alpha - racracracem -34 Bravo - Demonondalinks chinatown237 -25 Charlie - ss11 -27 Delta - xclgizman08 -8 Week 7 winners:Alpha - horusphoenix -27 Bravo - Mr Longpole -19 Charlie - ss11 -10 Delta - paulm912 -2 Ace - asyoudo64BAND OF BROTHERS LEAGUE TABLENot going into any great detail about the rounds. I ended up missing last week due to blowing my radiator on the way home from Outer Banks about three hours into the trip. We ended up having to stay the night in Virginia for the repair. It sucks missing a week but we made it home safely which is all that matters. This week was just a play it to get it done since I was pretty rusty with the flat stick most of the event. But up another 3-4 events to keep the schedule moving for those who want to keep playing starting with Devils Eddy by @ddixjr which is a really nice course and look forward to playing it for real. Will probably just keep things moving as they are with a reset in a few weeks since the playing had continued to drop off with summer time and stale content which is expected. Will just keep moving along until we get some news to drop. Jeff posted the Ryder Cup tags for the USA team (thanks Jeff). I would of made some for the European team but you didn't win it so.....maybe next year. J/K Good luck this week lads....

I shot +2 this week in the society in part due to problems like this. Proof that you can not see the hole on the green in certain light conditions from behind on my 4k tv. I am still sometimes having the problem that I move the stick back to putt and the putter does not move. This happened at the end of round one. If that does not happen I finish with a -5. I'm going to try disconnecting and reconnecting the controller the next time this happens. Is there a limit to how fast you can take back the putting swing on the Razor and have the swing be recongnized?

My head was not in the game today either, before I played I got a call that my grandmother had passed at the age of 99 and I was making phone calls about that. She was better at real golf than anyone here will ever be as far as I know, having been the women's champion of Mass. (the state where Boston USA is) during her lifetime.

Is there a limit to how fast you can take back the putting swing on the Razor and have the swing be recongnized? When putting on the green, if you press the X button you can have the stick in. Makes it easier to line it up in those blinding conditions. If you like to putt with the stick removed, you can hit X again to remove stick once you have your putt lined up.
