One thing for sure these guys are great athletes. Lol, not all of them! That's one of the beautiful things about this sport, you need a certain level of fitness but you don't necessarily have to be a finely tuned athlete. Shane Warne used to have a beer and a cigarette in his hand when he was off the field 🤣! Inzamam-Ul-Haq used to deal in 1's and boundaries, no way that fat @!$# was running 2! Some of them are great athletes, fast bowlers particularly, but it's more about skill, technique and mental toughness. Back in the day baseball players smoked in Dugout (covered bench) and partied afterward. Took buses and trains instead of charted flights. Rarely missed games. Now they over workout, over analyze launch angles and are way overpaid. And a lot ride the bench cus of injury.

The thing is the dead zone in my controller only shows up in the putting swing and no other time. So adjusting the controller may make the whole game worse.

You just have to learn to move the stick more then idk. Of course the dead zone shows up when you’re minimizing the putt stroke. A full swing you most likely pull the stick back farther. The thing is the dead zone in my controller only shows up in the putting swing and no other time. So adjusting the controller may make the whole game worse.

Just looked over the roster. I question USA team. More like India/Pakistan west. I know those two countries don't get along. But 6 players last name is Patel-Japen, Monank, Mrunal, Nisa, Sagar and Timil. And don't forget the great American bowler Saurabh Netravalkar. The great wicker keeper Jaskaran Malhotra and the great left handed batsman Nosthush Kenjige. All you Americans stand and salute your national team. Sorry if this offends anyone.  Apple Pie anyone? Welcome to the modern world! I don't know how many of that team were born in the US or got citizenship or have a US relative, but whatever it is you only have to look at how they celebrated after that unbelievable win, they are playing for that magic flag of yours. Most international cricket teams have a good smattering of home based players of Asian descent, England is no exception. They have a love for the sport like no other, it's in their DNA. The hope would be that cricket in the US gains a little in popularity and some more Americans give it a go, maybe the next team will have a different balance? For now go with these guys, they're doing great! England v Australia today. That's always a juicy one 😎 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

This is part of why I struggle with having a very small putting swing. Look at how small my thumb is compared to my hand. With my hand around the controller I can't take the full flat swing of the putter. I kind of need a pool bridge for putting! I know on some controllers other than the Razor you can install longer sticks. Excuse the dance hall music but I took this spur of the moment.

My short swing causes problems for me in this order: putting, chips, regular swings. Razor Forums says they don't sell custom stick caps but I can't find any info on 3rd parties either.

Well I got back to shooting -15, -30 in CC this week! What I did was I skipped the divot derby and short match warmups because that wont give me the random green speeds I need to see. However I did only get -4 in round one.

You also don't have to use just your thumb to swing - I personally use the chess piece grip, thumb and index finger to pull back - push forward..

I’ve always been a left thumb swinger ever since golf games have had stick swing I’ve tried other methods just can’t get away with them, if the right stick was forward on the Xbox controller like the left one is I might be able to do right thumb.

I had a better round on BoB then recently at -4, but what was up with the fairway firmness setting? Being a links course I tried to run the ball to get it near the hole. The firmness seemed all over the place even during the same round.

Week 5 WinnersALPHA - DoubtfulObelisk -34 BRAVO - chinatown237 -24 CHARLIE - OldManGaming606 -17 DELTA - RHMIII -18 Ace - racracracem BAND OF BROTHERS TABLE SEASON 13Week 6 takes us to Tallanmore by richnufc99 , from my quick glance, it comes across as an old school, undulating coastal course, which when played on high crosswinds could become a challenge for the best of us, so hopefully Dave has been nice to us for these 2 rounds. Taken from Rich's forum post - In those days the skill of the architect was in finding holes across the landscape, with very little ability to move earth. The rumpled fairways and greens were much as he found them, providing exciting drives, approaches and putts. In more recent years a few tees have been moved back to allow for the longer hitters of today, but the echoes of old Tom remain here at Tallanmore. The course sits today at 7584 yards, par 72, with only 3 par 3s and 3 par5s. Starting out by the old county road, the first 3 play up into the town. Then you're headed down to the sea, to the dunes and the high fescue. After you've played the 8th you start your journey back inland, but there are regular visits back to the sea, with the final glimpse at 17, before you head back up to the clubhouse. The course is at its finest when the wind gets up, putting a premium on low running approaches. As was true in the late 1890’s, the generous green approaches provide plenty of opportunity for the ground game. Tallanmore is always firm and free-draining, but the greens are kept fairly slow, when you see some of the undulations and folds in some of the greens, you’ll know why! Dave will be back for a more comprehensive view of next weeks course, i am just running behind, as per usual. Taffman out!
