Safest bet is to run an API check with Jeff. That's what we (a few Brew Crew members) did when we switched just to be on the safe side. It shouldn't fail because it's not a straight shooter but simply a controller with a better response time than the Series X (wireless) controller. I was so impressed I now own two, one for PC and one for XB. Been playing the Tours on PC since Christmas with it with no issue. Don't know about the longevity of the controller, to be on the safe side I only use it for golf. I am gonna order one of these next week. I start vacation (going nowhere) next Saturday and will set time aside to calibrate. Thanks for all the positive reviews. And I will resume my tours season. Definitely a need to calibrate. Out of the box it gave me nothing but slow’s and I’m a bit of a slammer!!

Wolverine shouldn't wear out any quicker than a normal controller Giraffe72. Back when I played Rocket League a lot it was always recommended as the go-to controller to use on Xbox and I've had friends who swear by them and still use the same model years later.

I enjoyed the match r0nrun It was a great match. That was my first time playing on vf greens in 2k23 and man... that is like playing on ice thats on glass. I somehow was able to hole out twice. 1 of those was my first albatross. I enjoyed the match and gg's to you sir. I look forward to the next time we play (in ryder cup or out of ryder cup).

So... Got the bad boy Razr Wolverine out and took her for a test drive..
And gone back to my original pad.
Regret calibrating as now don't have any perfect spot on my OG pad, had no feeling whatsoever on putting, feel so tempted to calibrate reset again like last time and lose all my fittings... However before I do anything drastic I will give it another go this week for sure

It does make me wonder why Microsoft can't make a controller which is so stable for tempo like the Wolverine. Personally, the swing plane is my problem with it.

However before I do anything drastic I will give it another go this week for sure It honestly is by far the best controller for the XB. Work with it. I know a few who have struggled at first with it but have come good. It’s no magic wand, you need to get it calibrated to suit your style.

The issue I have with putting us that I don't pull back on the thumbsticks very far when putting L, halfway at the max and use the slow speed to help judge my distance to putt, but I feel i have to throw it forward otherwise the puttline is well off... My backswing is naturally off to the left I can see due to this aswell
