I finished the 1st round with a 59 for this weeks PGA tour but the 2nd round has me starting at hole 12 of the 1st round. I exited the 1st round yesterday and the 2nd loaded fine today but had to do something so left again and came back. The FAQ mentions something about a glitch where you have to reputt the last shot from the previous round but mine is continuing from hole 12. There have been no issues with this until now and I am unsure what to do as the 1st round has been entered.

At which point did you stop playing after your first round?

After the 1st round finished I commenced to the 2nd round and left before the 1st shot was played yesterday. I loaded the game up again today and it started out on the 1st shot of the 2nd round so there was no issues. I had to do something so exited the 2nd round before playing the 1st shot like I did yesterday thinking there would be no problems. I came back to play and now I am on hole 12.

Did you play and quit a practice round at any point around hole 12 Always always plays first shot of next round before quiting

After the 1st round finished I commenced to the 2nd round and left before the 1st shot was played yesterday. Here's the issue. You should have played at least one shot of your second round.

As listed on the Rules and Policies page:
If you are sent back to a previously played round upon resuming the game, you must email commish@tgctours.com as soon as the error occurs.
Victims of this glitch are able to continue on from where the game sent them back.
All previously played holes are wiped and you continue from where glitch put you as your official score.
We will delete all your scores and you will be able to re-enter them.
Round will be verifiable
For Q-School only we have a work around in place for those that have completed at least 4 clean rounds that will allow you to complete Q-School without having to replay all rounds - if this is the case, email commish@tgctours.com or send a PM to Doyley for details.
It is highly recommended that after completing a round, you go ahead and hit 1 shot in the next round before exiting. This alleviates the risk of this glitch. We also recommend playing your tournament rounds solo. Joining friends in tournaments has been known to reset your progress back to the first tee in Round 1.

Same for me in a way. I finished the 1st round then it crashed, I had to turn off my PS4 to get onto round 2, and then the same happened again after round 2! It's very annoying.

The short story here is that you need to email commish@tgctours.com. Doyley will add you to this week's glitch spreadsheet so we have a record of the glitch when verifying scores. It's important that you email.
If you have a score that has already been entered, please let him know in the email. Likely we will have to delete that score and you'll have to finish the round 1 again from where it left you and record that new score.

Does HB know about the glitch and are they working on a solution? It's been going on a long time..

I believe they are aware but it is always helpful to post these things in their forums too so they get the feedback.
